APS Superintendent on the State of Atlanta Schools

Atlanta – The Atlanta Public School System and its 50,000 students opened the new school year this past Monday.
As a large urban school district, Atlanta has its share of challenges, but has also implemented a number of innovations designed to boost student performance.
WABE's Morning Host Steve Goss talked with Superintendent Dr. Beverly Hall and asked her to describe one of the district's newest transformations: the single gender academies
