Author Karin Slaughter Visits Georgia State Capitol in Campaign to Save Libraries

Atlanta, GA – Georgia-based author Karin Slaughter has written 11 works of thriller fiction, which have sold millions of copies around the world. She visited the Georgia State Capitol on Thursday, August 25th, as part of her campaign to save public libraries, many of which have closed around the nation as local governments struggle with tight budgets. Slaughter spoke with WABE's Denis O'Hayer.
