City Councilman Kwanza Hall Talks About Old Fourt Ward Master Plan

Atlanta, GA – Tonight (Tuesday, August 12th) is the sixth and final community meeting for the Old Fourth Ward master plan. Backers hope the ambitious project to include parks, streetscapes, and increased housing options will serve as a model of creatively managed intown neighborhood growth and residential diversity.
