Clayton Superintendent Sets Record Straight: District Will Maintain SACS Accreditation

Jonesboro, GA – In order to keep accreditation, the Clayton County School District must meet nine standards set forth by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools or SACS'.
A published media report quotes Clayton County's new superintendent as saying he has doubts about meeting the deadline.
But Tuesday, he held a press conference to set the record straight.
