Denis O'Hayer Talks With Hunstein Chief Justice, Part 1

Atlanta, GA – State Supreme Court Presiding Justice Carol Hunstein will be the Court's next Chief Justice. Hunstein was chosen unanimously by her colleagues on the Court. Hunstein was named to the Supreme Court in 1992, by then-Governor Zell Miller. Hunstein will succeed Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears, when Sears retires on July first. In part one of a conversation with W-A-B-E's Denis O'Hayer she will not change the court budget compromise between Chief Justice Sears and Governor Sonny Perdue.
