Atlanta, GA – Georgia's recent execution of Troy Anthony Davis for the murder of Savannah police officer Mark MacPhail has rekindled the debate over capital punishment in Georgia, and around the nation. It could continue into next year's session of Georgia's Legislature. A key question is whether executions can be administered in an ethical and fair way. WABE's Denis O'Hayer spoke with Emory University ethicist Jonathan Crane.
