Atlanta, GA – Dr. Tiya Miles is chair of the Afro-American and African Studies Department at the University of Michigan, whose recent book "The House on Diamond Hill--A Cherokee Plantation Story" unveils an overlooked chapter in the history of a northwest Georgia historic site.
