Atlanta, GA – House Speaker Glenn Richardson resigned today during an afternoon meeting with the Georgia General Assembly's House Republican Caucus. Representative and House Ethics Committee Chair Joe Wilkinson was there. He later spoke with WABE's Denis O'Hayer.
