Lengthier Atlanta Ambulance Response May Be on Horizon

Atlanta, GA – Next week, the ambulance service that covers the City of Atlanta will lose nearly one-third of its budget. No one can predict the immediate fallout, but Grady EMS officials think it will drastically extend the amount of time it takes for an ambulance to be on-scene. Earlier this week, WABE's Odette Yousef checked out a car accident with Grady EMS, to find out how longer waits could affect people in the city.
