New Year, Same Old Problems Challenging Government Leaders

Atlanta, GA – For many people, the start of a new year is a chance to put the events of the old year in the past. But, for leaders in Georgia and in metro Atlanta, many of the big problems they talked about so much in 2009 are still around for them to tackle in 2010 a state election year. Andra Gillespie is an assistant professor of political science at Emory University. She told W-A-B-E's Denis O'Hayer state leaders have to start with the problem that flared at the end of 2009 ethics.
