Atlanta, GA – The Outwrite Bookstore, a cornerstone of Atlanta's gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community, will close at its longtime location at 10th and Piedmont in Midtown Atlanta. Owner Philip Rafshoon made the announcement on Monday, Nov. 14th, after months of trying to raise sales and financial support for Outwrite. WABE's Denis O'Hayer spoke with Rafshoon about the decision, and about the store's future in a possible new location.
