Qualities of the Next Superintendent For The Atlanta Public Schools

Atlanta, GA –
The three finalists for the next superintendent of the Atlanta Public Schools have been named.
Cheryl L. Atkinson, superintendent of Lorain City Public Schools in Ohio,
Barbara M. Jenkins who is the deputy superintendent of Orange County Schools in Orlando, Florida and Bonita Coleman-Potter, deputy superintendent of Prince George's County Public Schools in Maryland.
As WABE's Rose Scott reports, two organizations are hoping the next school chief will move the district forward.
