Vivian Schiller

If the name Vivian Schiller sounds familiar to you, it should.

Atlanta, GA – In January of this year she was named the President and CEO of National Public Radio. She comes to NPR from The New York Times Company where she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of NYTimes.com

Previously, Schiller served as Senior Vice President of CNN Productions, where she led CNN's long-form programming efforts.

Earlier today City Cafe host John Lemley asked Schiller if she was settling into her new job as head of NPR.
